ASME nozzles are used to measure air flow through blower systems. Hy-Grade has made several sizes and typically stock some for quick lead times. Each of these items is made from at least 0.065" aluminum sheet. These parts are circled, sheared, spun and machined to tolerances of ± 0.015".
Some nozzle sizes that we have tooling for range from 1/2" to 10" diameter on the open end. These are typically made to ASME standards, but could be changed to meet your companies requirements. Some special requirements may include having a larger mounting flange or a hole pattern. Parts are visually and dimensionally inspected during the process to insure a consistent finish and the rings are to spec. We will typically provide anywhere from 1 piece to 50 pieces of these items per run. Lead times are within 4 weeks if not in stock and within a week if in stock.
