ASME Air Flow Nozzles
Hy-Grade Metal Products has been a manufacturer of ASME Air Flow Nozzles since the 1960’s. Several different sizes are available between ½” and 10” throat diameter. We typically stock these items for quick lead times and immediate shipping.
With 19 different diameter sizes available, most companies are able to find a size that will meet their specific need. However, if your size is not available, Hy-Grade Metal has the capability to customize a throat diameter for your specific project. In these cases, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
These nozzles are made to ASME standards. They are visually and dimensionally inspected during and after the manufacturing process to insure a consistent finish and they meet ASME standards.
We will typically provide anywhere from an individual nozzle to 50 piece quantities in any given order. Lead times are within a day for shipping if items are in stock and 2-3 weeks if item is not in stock. -
ASME Air Flow Nozzle Caps
Our Air Flow Nozzle Caps are designed to fit over each specific nozzle. These caps are not meant for an air tight seal, simply to cover the end of the nozzle when not needed or in use. They provide protection to the nozzles throat section. These are made from .065” thick aluminum.
